The hotel is very close to the gondola. This makes it easy for skiing. Breakfast includes a good variety of food. The spa area include a sauna, hammam and jacuzzi.
The elevators made a loud noise.

location is near to gondola. the staff were helpful to me. breakfast had lots of choice.
the hotel layout is not thoughtful. it was quicker walking outside to get to the spa and restaurant. the room only have a key lock, so you have to lock the room at night. this isn't fire safe.

location i found very good. the proximity to 'tsakiris' near the gondola helped a lot. the room was big and the beds offered comfort. i also used the water boiler in the kitchen.
the elevator made so much noise. it also felt shaky while i rode in it.

the hotel gives very easy access to the gondola station and pedestrian zone. many restaurants and bars are near, and offer a wide array of dining and entertainment options. it makes the area convenient.

I appreciated the superb location, so close to the main lift. the staff were friendly and helpful! the facilities were excellent. I especially liked the pool. there was plenty of parking on the street.
the room felt very small. the beds were not very comfortable. the furniture seemed old, and the windows did not close very well letting in cold air.

The hotel is very close to the gondola. Shops are located on the central street near the hotel (pirin street). Breakfast had variety. Staff was helpful and cute.
The hotel parking fee was almost double compared to the city parking just outside the hotel.
