The staff provided great assistance. They offered helpful advice about local transportation and stores. The hotel features waffles and tea at the reception. This was a nice touch after a day of travel.
The room had a musty smell. I also noticed it was not noise isolated. I could hear every person walking through the hallways during the night.

i was welcomed with a tea and coffee station. there were also sweets. the room included a fridge and a nice size en-suite. the shower had great pressure and temperature.
the wi-fi signal was very poor. my roaming data worked better.

mixed experience at this hotel
good locationunreliable door locknoisy hotel
the location was pretty good, close to things i needed.
There were some issues with the room. The door lock was unreliable and i couldn't even lock it from the inside at night. the staff sent someone to fix it the next day, but they failed and nobody seemed to care (which was just awesome). plus, the hotel was noisy. I kept waking up when other guests came back late.

The hotel provided free coffee and tea in the lobby. I enjoyed complimentary waffles in the afternoon. My room had a fridge for storing drinks and snacks.
The shower water didn't drain properly, a small annoyance. Staff didn't seem very concerned when I reported the drainage issue. As a solo traveler, I think the single rooms are quite small.
