The location was convenient. It was perfect for my travel needs.
I had some issues with the shower. It was difficult to turn it on without getting wet first. I also found the absence of certain items in the bathroom a bit disappointing. There was only soap.

the decor had good attention to detail. the desk staff was very nice. their service was great! my room had electric shades for privacy. these shades also provided light block out.
the room size was small. the neighbors made noise and disturbed us. i could hear everything through the walls.

The staff provided food suggestions plus tips for getting around the city. I received the warmest welcome upon arrival. They offered me complimentary espresso and water after my flight from CDG to the hotel. The staff also let me use adapters for my electronics during my entire trip. I appreciated that gesture.
The lift was a bit noisy. It operated day and night.

the staff provided amazing service and was very attentive to my needs. the location was also quite convenient with easy access to nearby attractions. the room included a comfortable bed and a great shower providing restful nights.
the lift near my room made considerable noise i found difficult to ignore during both the day and night. it slightly detracted from the otherwise peaceful atmosphere of the hotel.

I was pleased with the hotel's location. It was close to many train stations. The rooms had air conditioning, it worked well. The staff was friendly, i found that helpful.
The lift WAS noisy. I was right by it and couldnt sleep well. There were not many facility items in bathroom, there was only soap. The walls are thin.
