fab hotel stay!
friendly staff
the staff was super friendly. the room had a large bed and it was comfortable. the area is central so it was easy to get around. i would totally come back!

a parking is available here. the metro is about three minutes away. there's also a pool that is nice for a quick cool down after a day visiting area attractions.

The staff was friendly and helpful. My room was spacious with a good design. The hotel restaurant is fine, and the main avenue is wonderful for running, or taking a long walk to the waterfront. I was very happy with my choice.
The wifi disconnected frequently, approximately every 30-60 seconds. This was quite annoying.

Staff members were polite and kind at all times, providing support with directions and recommendations, also they assisted with printing tickets, which helped streamline my travel plans considerably. The team seemed genuinely happy to assist with any inquiry or request i had . I value excellent support.

The hotel is located in a very nice neighborhood not far from main avenue. It's an easy walk to exclusive shopping street. The area felt safe and secure, even when returning late at night, this added an extra layer of comfort to the stay.

The breakfast offered a wide array of fresh fruit, pastries, and made-to-order egg dishes. A Nespresso coffee machine was available, providing heated milk and fresh juices, and teas. The options were substantial, and i felt the price matched the product.

the staff are so lovely and helpful i spoke with g neto who was an absolute star! he even helped with my luggage when my ride was delayed. he walked me to the taxi rank, talked to the driver, and made sure i was safe before leaving. i felt so cared for!
the pillowcases had a small stain. it wasnt a big deal, but i noticed it.

The swimming pool was tiny. It was not really suitable for swimming.

The swimming pool was very tiny. It was not suitable to suggest the hotel had a swimming pool. I never used it. Photos ARE misleading.
