the location was very convenient for exploring nearby coffee shops and restaurants. the reception staff, annabelle and joao, provided excellent service. cristina balta. the restaurant staff showed real hospitality.

The hotel features a well kept gym. It includes treadmills and stationary bikes. i noticed the breakfast area. It provides sparkling wine, a really nice touch. the safe in the room added an extra layer of security for my belongings.

My room was clean and very comfortable. It had a bidet, a nice bonus. i received complimentary water bottles every day. I really appreciated this small detail. chocolates on the pillows were also a cute surprise.

The room was pleasant and of a good size. The breakfast was enjoyable. I only had one meal in the hotel bar, acceptable.
The corridor on the 13th floor was hot. It had a strong musty smell. I noticed the carpet was quite old and stained.

The location was close to the tube station. Some restaurants were easy to reach on foot. The staff was friendly.
My room was very small. The air conditioning was not working well. Maintenance could not fix it because of a language barrier. He did nothing to resolve the problem. The breakfast had an additional charge if I didn't pay for every day upon check-in, and the price was not worth it.
