Decent Stay with a Few Drawbacks
stained towel
It became a recurring issue, especially during peak hours. the cleanliness in some areas was questionable. I found a stained towel in the bathroom upon arrival, made me wonder about the overall attention to detail.

The family pool boasts engaging activities. The hotel is family-focused, filled with happenings. I really appreciated the availability of water park. The lifeguards made it perfect for my family.
There wasn't much choice and variety for dining in the room. Considering the price, I don't think in-room dining was a fantastic value.

The hotel is approximately a 30-minute taxi ride from the Burj Khalifa. It is also about 35 minutes from the Palm, offering access to key city attractions. Ample taxis are readily available, which makes transportation convenient and affordable.

The rooms provide a decent size suitable for families. The tiling throughout the floor is light and creates a clean aesthetic. Comfortable beds ensure restful nights. I found it inviting and well kept.

the hotel has a nice gym and a great kids club. there are also a good selection of restaurants and food available. i found staff at all areas really good and very helpful , even willing to go above and beyond to.
the room and the bathroom were not cleaned well , i noticed a smelly toilet and empty boxes of toiletries. the hotel is pricey , and it did not match the level of the room we got.

excellent family stay
water parkclean beachlazy staff
the hotel offered great activities for children of all ages. my kids enjoyed the water park and club safari. the food served at the restaurant was amazing (i loved the variety!). the beach was neat and clean, a good spot for families.
some of the staff were really good, like aston from the rope adventure, but some showed laziness. i observed waiters at suan bua gossiping at the entrance, a bit careless when serving.

the breakfast options had a great variety, including multicultural food. a kids buffet with fresh fruits was available daily. the restaurants offer different culinary experiences for the entire family.

the reception staff were very friendly and helpful . the concierge staff helped with bringing things back to our room. i always found someone available to assist with any requests.

the hotel is on an island about 30 minutes from the city center. this provides tranquility and separation from the city, perfect for relaxation. the sea view rooms offer a fine overview of the resort.

the staff were friendly! the lifeguard at the pool, kamal, was very attentive and ensured the children were entertained. i found the thai restaurant, suan bua, offered top quality food and varied choices
