clean room excellent location breakfast variety dark room inefficient air conditioning washroom design
The room was very clean. the location is excellent, very close to the masjid. the breakfast had a splendid variety of options. I especially enjoyed the fresh fruit.
The rooms looked a bit dark for my liking. the air conditioning did not cool efficiently. The thermostat never seemed to work. i found the washroom design somewhat flawed.

excellent stay near the haram
wonderful view welcome package quick check-out easy taxi
the room offered a really wonderful view, and accessing the haram was very simple. i received a complimentary welcome package upon arrival, which i thought was thoughtful. check-in and check-out were both very quick and efficient. it was also easy to find taxis just outside the hotel with helpful staff ready to assist me.
during my stay, i noticed the oud scent in the reception area seemed overpowering at times. however it did not detract from my overall visit

the reception staff provided attentive service, especially during check-in and check-out processes. the staff displayed genuine hospitality and were quick to address any concerns i had. i noticed excellent support from the taxi level concierge too.

the hotel's location provided really good access to key religious sites, a major benefit for pilgrims. being so close to the haram made daily prayers very convenient. many shops and restaurants are easily accessible from the hotel, allowing flexibility in dining and shopping.

poor room service bathroom cockroaches
I found the room service to be poor. The bathroom cleaning was insufficient, as i saw cockroaches in the bathroom. when i requested towels and bathroom accessories, the room service employee was impolite. the breakfast buffet was also excessively crowded.

early check-in professional staff excellent location
The location is excellent. I was very close to masjid. the breakfast was splendid. i appreciated how cute and professional the staff were. They arranged an early check-in for me. i asked to change rooms and they didn't hesitate to accommodate that request.
the rooms are a bit dark.

welcome package quick check-in friendly supervisor
the complimentary welcome package was a nice touch. check-in and check-out were very quick. it was easy to get a taxi right outside the hotel, convenient. the staff was friendly at the taxi level concierge. the supervisor there was very nice.
the oud scent in the reception lobby area was too strong.
