i was pleased with the cleanliness and the very helpful staff. abdul aziz asiri and samah nazir really stood out. they addressed my room issue by arranging a better room with a view. samah coordinated everything and made sure i was comfortable! i'm definitely planning a return trip.
the landline in the room did not work, so contacting reception was challenging, and i couldn't open the window for fresh air.

The hotel has a convenient bus service to the haram (it made the journey easy). i found the reception staff friendly. they also allowed me a slightly later checkout. I appreciated this.
