The location is excellent. It's a short walk to the masjid al-haram. the hotel includes a shopping mall with diverse shops and restaurants. i found the room clean and spacious. the prayer room facing the haram was particularly useful during busy times.

The hotel offered excellent access to the Great Mosque. The really kind staff provided nice, spacious, and clean rooms. Our family stayed in a double and a triple room, and there was still plenty of space for luggage and moving around.
Contacting services was sometimes a little tricky at this hotel.

the location was convenient for accessing the grand mosque. the breakfast buffet had a good variety of options. the staff was polite and helpful .
my room lacked a coffee machine, though it was listed as an amenity. the price was high for the level of cleanliness, i thought. housekeeping did not provide basic toiletries like toothbrushes.
