the resort is well-located for visiting nearby theme parks. i found the multiple pools and lazy river appealing. kranthi in the restaurant was friendly and helped with special requests.
The shower's water pressure varied because the lever slowly closed. It did not stay fully open.

The resort provided theme park passes, GREAT. I found the food at breakfast so good. Chef Ratheesh welcomed us warmly (that was so thoughtful). Rogyal at reception assisted us and was very helpful.
For a five-star resort, I received paper coffee cups in my room. I booked a resort-view room, but I got one facing the lake at the rear. There were NO supplies provided initially. No milk, brown sugar, or dental kit were in there until I asked.

poor food qualityunsafe furniture
The food was disappointing. we tried several restaurants, but the quality was not great, especially considering the high prices. the room service was better, but still. our room's ac also stopped working at 1 am, and i struggled to sleep while waiting for someone to fix it. some furniture seemed unsafe for children. My daughter tripped and hurt her face.

The room had a pool view. The hotel provides complimentary beach access to Sheraton JBR. The shuttle service to MOE and the mall was very convenient. All of this made getting around quite easy.
The breakfast queues were sometimes a little long.

Check-in was a mess. The staff was polite. that didn't make the process any faster. I had to wait a while, and it was just not a great start to my stay.
