early chargesaircraft noise
The early charges to my bank account, before the free cancellation deadline, were unacceptable. I raised this issue upon arrival. the staff stated it was hotel policy. Charges should occur after the free cancellation period concludes not before. the aircraft noise penetrated the soundproofed windows. This became quite distracting during the day.

The hotel location is near the metro and a shopping center. I really enjoyed the breakfast buffet. Staff members were helpful.
The room did lack some amenities I've seen at other hotels.

The staff was helpful. I received a warm greeting. I also enjoyed the presence of a shop indoors. The menu had a great variety of foods.
The room I had was not very spacious. The main lobby area was not big enough. I found it always full of people. The breakfast menu repeated every day .
