Excellent Hotel Experience

I found the room very clean upon arrival. The bed had premium linens and offered great comfort. The hotel provided complimentary soft drinks and snacks daily, this was a nice touch. The rooftop pool area provided a relaxing space with comfortable loungers and city views.
The in-room safe had a complicated operation process, i did need assistance from the front desk to understand all features.

The staff were quick with my requests and always presented themselves in a professional manner. Receptionists provided helpful information about the area and gave good options for local restaurants. Housekeeping kept the rooms well-kept.

The room had modern furnishings including a large screen television and fast Wi-Fi access. The air conditioning worked efficiently to keep a pleasant temperature. Soundproofing was effective and I had minimal noise disturbances .

I really enjoyed the free drinks and chips in the mini bar! the front desk staff was helpful and friendly. The location is amazing. It is easy to get downtown! The new, modern style of the room was a plus, it felt clean.

I found the staff very friendly and helpful. They offered a city map and explained key sights. I appreciated their willingness to ensure a great stay. The breakfast included many delicious pastries.
The sink was inside the main room. This could disturb a partner.
