the room included a full height mirror i found it very useful. there was a kettle along with tea and coffee in the room. the bathroom was clean and i liked that it was well maintained.
the breakfast options remained the same each day i stayed at the hotel.

This hotel provides rooms with comfortable beds and blackout curtains.
The staff did not edit or send invoices by email, it complicates the business trip. I avoided this hotel for that reason. This made my work difficult.

The location was very convenient. The beach was a short walk away. Public transportation was also close, and this made getting around easy. The room itself was decent. It suited my needs .
Smoking was permitted on the 8th-floor restaurant, pool, and lounge area. I am not a smoker. I had to avoid those areas. The corridors on each floor felt very hot, with no air conditioning available. I also found the lighting switches in the room too complicated. It was not user-friendly.

i found the staff at reception super helpful. they provided extra blankets for me. the breakfast buffet had lots of options and everything tasted great.
the corridors on each floor were very hot with no air-con. i didn't see any fire extinguishers visible on any floor. the fancy lighting switches were not user-friendly because there were no individual switches.

The breakfast was acceptable (i guess).
The laundry service shrunk my trousers, just great. Despite them agreeing the trousers were damaged, they refused to compensate me for the loss. Months of emails have gone nowhere, so now i'm stuck with unwearable trousers and awful customer service.
