The location was great. The bed was also comfortable.
There was significant cost-cutting evident. I found it unacceptable. No concierge assisted with luggage when I arrived late at night. I had to carry everything myself. The room size was smaller than expected. It had a tiny bathroom. I also missed complimentary services like a fruit plate or turndown service.
