clean room convenient shuttle central location
the room was great and clean. i walked to the cruise ship terminal easily in the morning. our shuttle for the rocky mountaineer picked us up right from the lobby!!!
the pool needed an upgrade.

awful noise levels poor soundproofing
the staff sorted out heating issues quickly in the room, acceptable.
the noise levels were awful. i could hear everything happening in the hallway. the soundproofing needs significant improvement. it was really hard to get a good night's sleep, not the kind of experience i was expecting.

i stayed in a beautiful room king bed. the room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower!!!
the tv was a bit slow when i changed channels.

no concierge service small bathroom
The location was great. The bed was also comfortable.
There was significant cost-cutting evident. I found it unacceptable. No concierge assisted with luggage when I arrived late at night. I had to carry everything myself. The room size was smaller than expected. It had a tiny bathroom. I also missed complimentary services like a fruit plate or turndown service.
