decent stay
smooth procedure friendly staff dated bathroom excessive distance
the service IS amazing. the check-in procedure is smooth and all the staff i've met are super FRIENDLY. i stayed for 4 nights, there was one time that a staff member even came to my DOOR and checked with me if i've got everything COVERED. the location is really GOOD.
the room was NICE but too far OUT for us despite the mtr station BEING close. the bathroom WAS very dated. i would NOT stay here again as we thought it was TOO far out.

mtr station easy access convenient location
the mtr hku station is near. access to the hotel is easy using mtr. the airport train requires a transit, but the location near mtr hku is convenient. ngong ping, disneyland, and victoria peak are accessible by mtr.
i noticed limited hours for the café, bar, and restaurant.

The location is near the mtr station. It was convenient. the staff were friendly and happy to assist me. the room was spacious, it included a huge window and a seat.

GREAT LOCATION, SUPER SERVICE!
great location good room excellent service
This location IS fantastic, just steps from the HKU MTR station. I found various shops near the hotel. The room had a good layout, AND I really enjoyed the seat by the window. Mandy, a staff member, offered excellent service by returning my headphones, which I APPRECIATED so much.
The hotel shows some wear and tear. I noticed visible signs of aging.

The hotel provides basic amenities. A rooftop pool allows guests to relax while enjoying panoramic views OF the city. A gym is also available with a few machines.

The hotel is on the western side of a local area AND is close to the HKU MTR station. This spot offers a quiet environment because it is near private housing, which makes it suitable for restful nights. Shops and restaurants are nearby.

The staff is very friendly and accommodating to the needs of the guests. Mandy from the staff went out of her way to assist with A forgotten item. Wai provided recommendations for local restaurants THAT enhanced my dining experience.

sewage odor poor room standard
The hotel is very close to the train station, making it convenient to get around.
My room smelled STRONGLY of sewage. The bathroom had no real separation from the rest of the room. I heard EVERYTHING. This hotel does not meet the expected quality for the price.

great location convenient dinner walking distance
this hotel location is fantastic! the MTR entrance is right across the street. There are lots of food and shopping options within walking distance, SO convenient. Cafe Malacca Malaysian restaurant onsite provides good and convenient dinner after a late check-in.

friendly staff convenient location breakfast variety aged room soft pillow strange smell
The front desk staff WERE friendly. They helped with directions. The location IS very convenient, near the train station. I also appreciate the variety of food at breakfast.
The room looked aged. There was also a strange smell. The pillow WAS too soft FOR me. I did not sleep well.
