GREAT LOCATION, SUPER SERVICE!

This location IS fantastic, just steps from the HKU MTR station. I found various shops near the hotel. The room had a good layout, AND I really enjoyed the seat by the window. Mandy, a staff member, offered excellent service by returning my headphones, which I APPRECIATED so much.
The hotel shows some wear and tear. I noticed visible signs of aging.

The hotel provides basic amenities. A rooftop pool allows guests to relax while enjoying panoramic views OF the city. A gym is also available with a few machines.

The hotel is on the western side of a local area AND is close to the HKU MTR station. This spot offers a quiet environment because it is near private housing, which makes it suitable for restful nights. Shops and restaurants are nearby.

The staff is very friendly and accommodating to the needs of the guests. Mandy from the staff went out of her way to assist with A forgotten item. Wai provided recommendations for local restaurants THAT enhanced my dining experience.

The hotel is very close to the train station, making it convenient to get around.
My room smelled STRONGLY of sewage. The bathroom had no real separation from the rest of the room. I heard EVERYTHING. This hotel does not meet the expected quality for the price.

great locationconvenient dinnerwalking distance
this hotel location is fantastic! the MTR entrance is right across the street. There are lots of food and shopping options within walking distance, SO convenient. Cafe Malacca Malaysian restaurant onsite provides good and convenient dinner after a late check-in.

The front desk staff WERE friendly. They helped with directions. The location IS very convenient, near the train station. I also appreciate the variety of food at breakfast.
The room looked aged. There was also a strange smell. The pillow WAS too soft FOR me. I did not sleep well.
