iryna from housekeeping provided friendly service! she even gave us a cute ducky souvenir, i thought that was very thoughtful. the hotel also provided bear spray for free before we went on trails. as an expedia vip customer, we received a nice wine too!

The beautiful queen studio was quite spacious and very comfortable. the bed felt great, and the shower water was clean and hot! i appreciated the home cleaning service. They did a good job.

the room was clean. i found the location quite convenient and easy to access everything (it was close to shops and restaurants). the staff i encountered were generally friendly and helpful .
the parking situation was somewhat frustrating. i agreed to pay for parking but it operated on a first-come, first-served basis, which i wasn't informed of at check-in. finding a spot on our last evening proved difficult. also, there was no apology offered for the inconvenience.
