Acceptable location, but some issues
convenient location ski storage dirty pool disturbing bugs
the location was steps from the main lifts and close to bars. it also had ski storage.
I went to the pool, but it was very dirty. there were bugs and hair everywhere. It was quite disturbing.

loud music limited view
I was quite disappointed with a few things. the room faced the pool. The view consisted of shrubs, and they covered the windows! the hotel pub was right below the room. Live music and loud noises went on until 1 am. the staff offered earplugs, but that did not solve the problem.

shrub view unhelpful staff
the location was decent, though the parking was expensive.
The room was a studio upper floor suite. the advertised view was shrubs. the staff gave me earplugs but were of no assistance. It was like they knew this was a known issue.

Great Stay, Minor Hiccup
direct access coin laundry hotel ski storage
The location offered direct access to the gondolas. I walked from the hotel ski storage straight to the lift. I appreciated the coin laundry. The hot tub provided relaxation after skiing.
The mountain-side room faced the plaza, and there was loud music from the Longhorn. The music went on until midnight. It interfered with sleep and quiet evenings in the room. Next time, I will ask for the village view.

The staff was helpful at check in. They quickly addressed some questions I had regarding nearby shops. The concierge gave me directions to a local restaurant. That was quite useful. I appreciate that the team was responsive.
