The room was clean, and it was well stocked with coffee and tea.
The front desk lady was AWFUL. I found no 'hospitality' vibe at all from her. She seemed bothered by my presence and gave curt responses to basic questions. It made a VERY poor first impression.

the room included a comfortable large bed. i found a good choice for breakfast with well-prepared food. all staff members were polite. the location is perfect for visiting hampton court palace with nice walks along the river.
The hallways had scuffed walls. The carpet showed some stains.

i was surprised to find such a great venue. the food was superb, and the service was excellent! the staff were polite. the location is great, and it was easy to get around.
the room door created heavy noise when closing because of the spring being too strong. it was just a small thing, but i noticed it.

the hotel is near hampton court palace. a bus stop sits across the street offering a quick five-minute ride. arriving by train is convenient with a five-minute walk from hampton wick station to the hotel.

My twin room was immaculate and spacious. amenities included tea, coffee, water, and biscuits. the shower worked well, and the bed was comfortable. Everything was well-appointed for my needs.

the breakfast was perfect with a wide selection. the restaurant atmosphere was nice and cosy. i enjoyed dinner as well, and the menu provided nice options. the pub and restaurant is very charming.

The hotel stored our bags after checkout. This was convenient. I found the location suitable, as it allowed easy access to the town center. The restaurant provided delicious meals. I particularly enjoyed the chef's creations.
Breakfast proved disappointing on both mornings. The poached eggs were cold. I observed some mold in the shower in my room. The carpet in my room had stains. I found it off-putting.
