The location worked well because it was close to several tube stations. Queensway, Bayswater and Paddington stations are a short walk. The receptionist was very friendly and I could store my luggage until check-in. The vicinity is quiet with hardly any traffic.
My room lacked some important supplies. There was no sponge, dish soap or cleaning cloth for the kitchenette. The set for coffee included only two capsules. This was not enough, as there were two guests for two nights.

The room offered nespresso machine. I found it great for quick morning coffees. The dishes were cleaned daily. It was super convenient. I used a toaster for my private use. I appreciated this option.

The room includes a microwave, a refrigerator, and a kettle, ALL of them new and clean. There is good equipment in the room and the service was also good. I was very pleased.

The location is great. several tourist areas are accessible on foot, though the hotel is near bus and subway stations. The street is quiet. I slept very well.

the location was great. it was an easy walk to paddington station. the receptionist was very helpful, and arranged for an early checkin! he also looked after our bags on departure day.
it was sometimes loud, and affected our sleep. they also didn't refill our coffee and tea collection daily. We missed the sugar and basic things.
