dusty flannels broken seal
the towels were lovely and soft, they were clean. flannels were in a box thick with dust. i found the bathroom door handle hanging off. it was nice to have 2 bottles of water in the room, one was open and some drunk!!!

The family room suited us Perfectly. All those Extra touches like bottled water and biscuits surprised me. Breakfast had HUGE options and quality items.

Superb stay near everything
lovely room great bathroom convenient parking
i had a lovely room with a great en-suite bathroom. The water and a few sweets were a lovely touch, what a great breakfast it was! i usually stay in motorway services, and it was a lovely change to have some luxuries. The parking accommodated my truck too, what a bonus.
The stairs were a LITTLE difficult. i think they need a hand rail on both sides.

The beautiful double room included nice hospitality trays, water, sweets, and biscuits. The room was large and clean, i noticed the excellent breakfast that was provided each morning. The room was very well equipped.
