Relaxing Getaway at its BEST!!!

The staff were attentive and always ready to help. I especially enjoyed the thermal suite area. It provided a luxurious and calming atmosphere. the outdoor heated pool, used even in cooler weather, offered a relaxing and nice experience.
The parking situation was a little inconvenient, requiring a short walk to the minibus collection point.

The hotel is set on a large estate with woodland walks that are very calming. I found the hotel's mix of modern and classical styles beautiful, and it embraced the overall ambiance of the hotel.

The spa and relaxation facilities were AMAZING!!! I especially enjoyed the grounding massage. My therapist listened carefully and released all the tension. The setting was clean, calm, and well kept. It felt professional from the very start.

The king room included a bath and a separate shower. the expresso machine in the room was a lovely touch i found. the temperature could be adjusted which was perfect. the staff made check-in and check-out so easy. It was quick and efficient.
i waited a long time for some items i left behind to be returned.

The hotel had a lovely setting. It was perfect for relaxation. the landscape was beautiful, with woodland walks surrounding the hotel. i appreciated the quietness of the spacious room.

Breakfast included a full irish fry and continental choices. the full breakfast offered cheeses and meats. It also had fresh fruit. fresh cereals and pastries were available, as well. There was even porridge.

the staff were very friendly and helpful. the breakfast buffet included plentiful choices and a made to order menu. the food was good quality. the spa area is worth visiting.
the robes we requested after check-in never arrived. the dessert we ordered to the room took almost an hour and a half to arrive. the tv wi-fi did not work. it made it hard to cast anything from our phones.
