convenient locationlate toast
the location was convenient enough. i could easily drive to nearby attractions.
the breakfast service disappointed me. i requested toast three times, but it arrived late. my cooked breakfast grew cold because of this wait.

some issues with noise and the bathroom
bad insulationunresponsive owner
sound insulation was very bad. i could hear every cough and conversation from the room next door. the light in the bathroom came on when entering and it did not go off for a long time. it made using the bathroom at night difficult. i felt ignored by the owner when i mentioned the issue.

poor insulationdelayed light
The sound insulation REALLY needs improvement. I could hear EVERYTHING from the adjacent room, even quiet conversations. the bathroom light had a mind of its own. It stayed on for an EXCRUCIATING amount of time after entering. This made nighttime bathroom trips disruptive. A gap around the bathroom door added to the noise issue.

Sound insulation was not adequate. I could hear distinct noises from the adjacent room. Toast service at breakfast proved problematic. I requested toast three times. My breakfast became cold while I waited. I felt toast quantities faced constraints.
