the room included well-considered items such as plates for takeaway. candles and matches were available. popcorn was also provided in the room. we ate in the restaurant and the food tasted good. breakfast was delivered to our room each day. the menu provided many choices! the staff were friendly and helpful. catherine and luka.
the car park had tight spaces and limited lighting, made maneuvering a bit challenging!

i did notice a very small detail, the netflix in our room wasn't working.

sadly, the sauna felt a tad SMALL. it was difficult to sit in comfort. this room was probably not the BEST option as the roof was angled.

Wonderful Stay in the Ti Amo Suite!!!

My husband and I enjoyed a couple of nights in the Ti Amo Suite. We previously stayed in the Sweetheart Suite and the Je T'adore. All the suites we have occupied were immaculate. A pleasant fresh smell greeted us upon entry. The facilities, including the steam room, hot tub, and jacuzzi bath, are perfect for a romantic getaway.
We were given an upstairs room, but my husband has mobility issues with stairs.

i adored every minute of our stay. we were welcomed with a refreshing glass of prosecco. the breakfast and evening meals were delicious. the weather didn't deter us, the outdoor hot tub was perfect.
the steam room wouldn't work properly , this kept tripping the circuits. i hope they can fix it soon.

The staff WAS nice and friendly, always ready to assist with anything i needed. i especially liked the breakfast. It had a lot of options and was prepared fresh each morning.
the room was very warm, and i struggled to adjust the temperature to my liking. the car park WAS small and difficult to manoeuvre in, especially when the hotel was busy.
