a reasonable overnight stay

i attended a meeting here recently. the service was helpful and friendly. the dinner, lasagne, was delicious and was quite a large serving. the dessert also had several choices.
The room was not particularly large. the view from the window was of a flat roof with plastic tarpaulins. It was not very inspiring. the bathroom felt old, and the tap was missing parts. limescale caked some areas.

the room i got was quite disappointing it seemed much smaller than an executive room should be also it felt a bit dark and dreary i looked out the window and saw a flat roof covered in plastic tarps i was hoping for something more appealing the bathroom felt old too with limescale on the tap and the laminate peeling off the cupboards

the service was wonderful. the manager, gan, was attentive and ensured every detail was perfect. his staff were great throughout the day, and i felt so special (it was like a fairytale).
the bathroom showed some minor signs of wear, but it didn't detract from my overall experience.

the breakfast included an excellent selection. i tried the breakfast, and the staff was able to cater for specific dietary needs, including gluten-free options.

the venue was perfect for my stay. the hotel supplied containers to take food home, a really thoughtful touch. the hotel also donates leftover food to local homeless people.
