lovely stay
friendly staff good breakfast choice sausage breakfast historic interest
i had a very pleasant stay the staff were friendly and helpful. the breakfast choice was very good for both humans. dogs were allowed and received a sausage breakfast each morning. i found the location fantastic and full of historic interest
the bedroom was average i did think it needed a fresh look. the interior seemed faded and could benefit from a refurbishment. the price felt a bit high for the condition.

lovely stay with great service
large room convenient location
The staff answered my questions promptly before i arrived at the hotel. the room was quite large, and the location proved convenient since i was attending a wedding nearby. it was clean. I liked the space.

spacious bedroom warm lounge fluffy towels
i found the rooms were spacious, complete with a big bedroom, well-equipped bathroom, and separate dressing room. The lounge included a warm, comforting ambiance with a real wood-burning fire lit daily. i enjoyed having excellent standards, with a lovely clean room and good shower. The comfy bed and clean, fluffy towels helped.
i encountered a Receptionist that did not show warmth, interest or courtesy. This.

Charming Hotel Stay
delicious meal excellent service
The hotel's restaurant served a delicious meal, especially the steak deal. Service was excellent and the restaurant was comfortable and cute. I liked that staff came outside to guide me to the car park since the signage was not obvious.
