lovely stafffree parkingamazing location
The staff offered plates and cutlery for a takeaway, after my late arrival when the restaurant was closed. Bowls and spoons came the following day for birthday celebrations. Free parking was helpful. The location has amazing qualities.
The walls seemed a bit thin resulting in some noise during the night.

Wonderful Stay Near Iconic Site!

The staff was friendly and very helpful! The location is fantastic. It's right next door to the caves. Breakfast was the best I have had at hotels with lots of available options. They made changes with no issues for the children!
The shower had some black mold in the shower head, so I only had a bath.

The staff members were cute and helpful. Our family room suited us perfectly, a very nice size. The children really enjoyed the playroom and its various games. The kids were delighted. I found the breakfast choices excellent. It was a REALLY good start to the day.
The WiFi signal was sometimes inconsistent and dropped a couple of times. It was a slight hiccup, but manageable.
