some issues
great locationfaulty thermostatawful soundproofing
the location was great for getting around. it was easy to walk to many attractions.
It didn't work. despite reporting it during my two-night stay, it wasn't fixed! they gave me an extra blanket and a small heater, hardly adequate for the room size. also, the soundproofing was awful. Street noise kept me up.

The hotel location is great with many eateries nearby. The large bed was really comfortable and clean. The shower room was really spacious (i loved it).

The hotel staff were cute and provided helpful recommendations for local spots. I appreciated the super clean condition of the room upon arrival. The central location allowed easy access to nearby attractions and transport links.
Earplugs would be helpful.

The room was adequately sized and quiet providing a restful environment. The bed offered excellent comfort allowing for restful sleep. Housekeeping standards were excellent. The room was kept very clean . A walk-in shower added a touch of luxury.
