the room included tatami mats and futon beds. breakfast offered many choices with japanese cuisine like eel and sushi.
the lighting in the room was harsh. there were not many indirect light sources, i found.

I enjoyed the communal lounge area and outside deck. the hotel offered drinks, snacks, and puddings which was a nice touch. the open air museum is a short walk away. It was one of the highlights of my visit. i wish i stayed an extra day in the area to spend more time here.
i found the hotel only provided one key per room. it could be inconvenient if family members want separate access. a number code system or key cards would be more practical and helpful .

The hotel offers easy access to different attractions because the ropeway, cable car, and tozan railway are easily reachable. the open air museum is a few minutes down the road. It is very convenient .

The condominium room was spacious for a group of three. huge windows offered a fabulous green view. i made good use of the private hot spring bath. I had a very comfortable stay in my room.

The staff were friendly. They seemed genuinely to want their guests to enjoy their stay. breakfast had varied options. It was plentiful at this hotel. the complimentary lounge had cakes, tea and alcohol, pleasing.

humid roomgrubby marks
the room was spacious however it felt quite humid. i noticed some grubby marks on the sofa a detail that detracted from the otherwise clean environment. the lighting was also problematic the lights only had two settings either off or intensely bright not ideal for creating a relaxing atmosphere especially with a baby needing to sleep. using the single washer dryer was a challenge it took numerous cycles to dry a small load.

the condo a was spacious for my needs i loved the green view seen from the huge windows the private hot spring bath added a touch of luxury i enjoyed the japanese breakfast it offered delicious options. the communal lounge area was a great touch it provided drinks snacks and puddings the open air museum was a short walk away this location was very convenient. there was a washing machine available on my floor this proved very useful.
