Solid Choice near Covent Garden
prime location helpful staff necessary amenities
The hotel's location proved perfect for theatre visits. Many venues were close. Staff members displayed a friendly and helpful attitude throughout my stay. The room provided necessary amenities and offered sufficient comfort for a short break.
The bathroom had minimal privacy because of the glass design. This design choice might not suit all travelers. More traditional bathroom layouts would enhance comfort and privacy.
Service

The personnel addressed all my requests promptly. The staff helped with directions. The team was quick to offer solutions to questions I had there.
Location
10/10

Rooms

My room included functional furniture for basic needs. Standard toiletries were provided. The room temperature was easily adjustable to my preference during the night.
