The room included tea and coffee facilities which was a nice touch. i found a small fridge in the room. It kept my drinks cool.
I noticed the shuttle service to terminal five was not available. This meant i needed a taxi.

the room was spacious and clean. the staff were friendly and helpful when i needed assistance. i found the gym well-equipped for a quick workout (it had treadmills and weights).
The restaurant service was slow. My meal took a long time to arrive. the room lacked complimentary bottled water. i also noticed that the bathroom floor was quite slippery, which concerned me.
