Solid stay for a short trip

The location was very central. Staff helped with luggage at arrival. Breakfast was nice. They also served tasty cocktails. I would consider a return visit. I found every staff member to be very warm. The service made my seminar quite good.
My room seemed a bit worn. It reminded me of stepping back some years. The dated decor affected my experience.

The room included a king bed. There was also a small work desk. A television sat above a cabinet. Two bedside tables provided adequate space.

Staff assisted with bags upon arrival. Reception was quick. The concierge offered helpful directions. I saw several team members available to answer questions at any time.

the staff was very service minded! concierge in particular was excellent with every request. the location is great for piccadilly circus and west end theatres.
i was told free parking was available . however, the manager said i had to pay. i emailed twice to confirm parking with no reply and called the day before arrival to check if there was parking available, with no response.

The location provided easy access to key attractions. I was happy with the cleanliness, it was super clean. I appreciated the gluten-free biscuits and water. (A nice touch!)
