the staff was very service minded! concierge in particular was excellent with every request. the location is great for piccadilly circus and west end theatres.
i was told free parking was available . however, the manager said i had to pay. i emailed twice to confirm parking with no reply and called the day before arrival to check if there was parking available, with no response.

Fantastic central stay

The location provided easy access to key attractions. I was happy with the cleanliness, it was super clean. I appreciated the gluten-free biscuits and water. (A nice touch!)
