Acceptable stay in a central location

the staff was very service minded! concierge in particular was excellent with every request. the location is great for piccadilly circus and west end theatres.
i was told free parking was available . however, the manager said i had to pay. i emailed twice to confirm parking with no reply and called the day before arrival to check if there was parking available, with no response.

I appreciated the central location near many attractions. I found it very easy to walk to various sightseeing spots. The concierge offered helpful information regarding local transport. I also thought the breakfast was great. It really hit the spot before long days.

The location provided easy access to key attractions. I was happy with the cleanliness, it was super clean. I appreciated the gluten-free biscuits and water. (A nice touch!)
The heating system did not work properly. The bedroom was very cold.
