the breakfast was good.
The housekeeping staff was uncooperative. It took five reminders for them to clean the room. even then, the cleaning felt incomplete, and i had to specifically ask for the bed to be made. additionally, we requested napkins but were told the hotel was out of them, unacceptable for a hotel of this supposed calibre.

the location worked well for me. it was quite central to where i needed go. the breakfast was also good and had many choices. the room looked modern.
check-in took longer as it should have. the halls had a strong and strange smell. ac cooled only, and i visited on january. it was not ideal.
