Sustainable Design

Jam Lisbon is a former warehouse transformed into a carbon-neutral hotel, showcasing sustainability at its core. Designed by Belgian artist Lionel Jadot, the hotel integrates raw concrete and wood with hand-sewn fabrics, local tiles, and recycled materials. Room designs emphasize comfort and environmental responsibility, with large windows offering river and courtyard views.

Rooftop Terrace

The rooftop terrace serves as the hotel's centerpiece, featuring a lounge pool, cocktail bar, and panoramic views over the river. It opens daily from 17:00 until midnight, providing a unique space for sunbathing, star-gazing, and enjoying tapas. Guests can watch stunning sunsets that enhance their stay.

Accommodation Options

Room types at Jam Lisbon include configurations with double and single beds, accommodating various guest needs. Each room is designed with environmental sustainability in mind and includes private bathrooms with showers and bathtubs. Accessibility is considered, with four rooms available for guests with reduced mobility.

Surf School

The hotel collaborates with FPS-certified surf coach Miguel Reis to offer the JAM Surf School at Praia do Infante on Costa de Caparica. Guests can develop their surfing skills during their stay, expanding their Lisbon experience beyond the hotel. This educational program caters to all levels of surfers.

Jam Lisbon is situated along the Doca de Santos, providing easy access to public transport options including buses, trams, and trains. The metro station at Cais do Sodre is in proximity, allowing for straightforward connectivity to the city. Taxi services from Lisbon Airport are available for approximately €20, making arrivals easy.
