lovely hotel with fine views

i found the team very lovely! all staff were a pleasure. they were friendly, helpful and attentive. the pool area offered fantastic views. the bar was great too.
my room lacked a proper ac unit. it did not cool the room at all. i was very uncomfortably hot. i couldn't sleep well the first night.

the location was fine with gorgeous views. it overlooked the city. the hotel was near many main areas. bon jardim is a must go for excellent chicken at reasonable prices.

I found the staff to be helpful throughout the hotel. breakfast had superb and varied options. I especially enjoyed the fresh fruit selection (so refreshing!). our room was comfortable and offered a lovely view. the location was ideal. I could easily walk to many key areas.
the room was a bit dark. there were some minor maintenance issues i noticed, like a small stain on the carpet.

the hotel location proved convenient. i found the breakfast varied and satisfying. the rooms were spacious (i had the master double or twin room).
The air conditioning was rather noisy. the staff seemed undertrained at times. i also observed some maintenance issues. The pools weren't cleaned regularly.

non-functional acuncomfortable heat
the air conditioning in my original room didn't work proper. the room had a small unit on the wall and didn't cool the space at all. it was very hot the first night, and i couldn't sleep at all. the manager did upgrade me to a suite with functioning ac, that was a relief though.

I really enjoyed the hotel's amenities like the large pool. I found many lounge chairs available throughout the day. Breakfast offered fresh pastries each morning, very yummy. The staff was always quick to assist with any requests, which I appreciate.
The in-room mini-bar was not restocked daily, so sometimes I missed my favorite refreshments.
