the minibar had everything free, a very nice surprise! the rooftop sauna was a highlight and a favorite spot for me. i appreciated the quirky industrial interior design.
the hotel was a little noisy since my room faced the train station.

i found the staff cute and polite. the room had a free mini bar stocked with drinks. angelius, dwayne, and paul. i appreciated their friendly and cute demeanor.
the noise from the nearby railway was noticeable. i had some trouble sleeping because of this issue.

The hotel has a good location near the railway station. There are also many restaurants and bars close by. The rooms have been thoughtfully designed. They are beautiful. I liked the tote bag provided in the room. It can be used for day trips. This was a great touch.
I found the customer experience disappointing. I arrived around 1 PM and tried to check in to the Large Room I had booked. The Front Desk informed me it wasn't ready. I needed to return at 3 PM. That is the standard check-in time.
