modern and convenient stay
helpful staff breakfast buffet
the staff was helpful . the hotel features a complimentary mini bar stocked with soft drinks and snacks. i found the proximity to the tram stop quite convenient (it is just a minute away). the breakfast buffet had a good selection of items.
the room i stayed in seemed a little dark because of the dim lighting. the towels in the room had some noticeable holes. i also thought that the pillows were too flat.

the hotel is near the toni areal tram station, offering direct access to the city center. the tram runs frequently, approximately every ten minutes. a few cafes and a supermarket are located within walking distance.

The hotel was very clean. the staff was kind and smiling.
the lighting in the room was very dim! it created a dark atmosphere. the bed wasn't too comfortable

free minibar convenient refreshments free games
The free mini bar in the room was a nice touch. It provided convenient refreshments. I appreciated that the hotel is right beside a tram stop. Trams arrived frequently, facilitating quick trips to the center. I also found the availability of games like pool and table tennis for free quite enjoyable.
The bedroom lighting could be improved. It was a bit dim.
