the staff was helpful . the hotel features a complimentary mini bar stocked with soft drinks and snacks. i found the proximity to the tram stop quite convenient (it is just a minute away). the breakfast buffet had a good selection of items.
the room i stayed in seemed a little dark because of the dim lighting. the towels in the room had some noticeable holes. i also thought that the pillows were too flat.

The free mini bar in the room was a nice touch. It provided convenient refreshments. I appreciated that the hotel is right beside a tram stop. Trams arrived frequently, facilitating quick trips to the center. I also found the availability of games like pool and table tennis for free quite enjoyable.
The bedroom lighting could be improved. It was a bit dim.
