My Opera Classic room was such a lovely space. The immaculate and modern design made my heart sing. I also loved that the hotel had parking in the courtyard. This was so helpful, it seemed like such a treat. The location is fantastic, right beside the lake!

The location was excellent. I found the room size to be good for an opera classic. The staff was polite and helpful .
My room felt quite dated. The bathroom was small. I had some difficulty making the shower work properly.

the hotel's location is amazing. everything is within walking distance. the staff was very polite and friendly. i will definitely stay here again when i come back! the air conditioning was excellent. i really liked the fast wi-fi too.

i got a room upgrade to a double bed. it was very comfy. the hotel's location is also great, you can take a train from the airport and arrive superfast. breakfast was tasty, and the staff were friendly and helpful.
the phone in my room didn't work, so i couldn't call the hotel operator. that was pretty inconvenient.

the breakfast selection included a variety of fresh and good foods. the coffee machine offered several choices. also available were different high-quality teas, fresh juices, and sparkling wine.
