I found the staff helpful, especially with directions. the location was super convenient. I walked everywhere (even with my suitcase!). the room was clean and i really liked the modern bathroom. Water pressure was awesome!

my room faced the street, and it did get a bit noisy at night with traffic, so maybe ask for a room at the back!

the hotel's area felt residential and quiet, which i loved. it's close to bus stops and historical sites. plus, plenty of space outside for ride pickups (that really helped!).

the single room was larger than i anticipated! it included tea and coffee facilities, a very clean bathroom, and plenty of storage space. i was on the top floor, the room felt brand new (and super spacious!).

The woman at reception was a star. So friendly. the location is pretty great. it is an easy walk to many places and the central tourist spots, too. i especially loved how helpful the staff were. they really went out of their way, doing it all with a big smile. the woman.

the bedside lights switched on together, i wish they could be operated separately.

the hotel's location in new town provided great access to the royal mile. it was nice to be close, but away from the busy crowds, the street itself had neat historical connections.

The reception staff was so attentive when I arrived!! They even helped carry my luggage to the room. The hotel's location was perfect, near many restaurants and shops.

The water pressure in the shower was almost nonexistent. It was hard to wash properly. The room was a bit too warm, and there was no way to adjust the temperature. I found that quite inconvenient.
