the location provides easy access to the main bus station a short walk connects you to the main train station the king's mile is accessible within a reasonable walking distance also coffee tea and biscuits were available in my room

fantastic find!
helpful staff convenient location modern bathroom
I found the staff helpful, especially with directions. the location was super convenient. I walked everywhere (even with my suitcase!). the room was clean and i really liked the modern bathroom. Water pressure was awesome!
my room faced the street, and it did get a bit noisy at night with traffic, so maybe ask for a room at the back!

complimentary coffee was available all day and i really appreciated the breakfast bars! there are also many dining options just a short walk from the hotel. i grabbed some amazing pastries at a nearby bakery.

the hotel's area felt residential and quiet, which i loved. it's close to bus stops and historical sites. plus, plenty of space outside for ride pickups (that really helped!).

the single room was larger than i anticipated! it included tea and coffee facilities, a very clean bathroom, and plenty of storage space. i was on the top floor, the room felt brand new (and super spacious!).

surprisingly lovely stay
friendly staff great location helpful staff
The woman at reception was a star. So friendly. the location is pretty great. it is an easy walk to many places and the central tourist spots, too. i especially loved how helpful the staff were. they really went out of their way, doing it all with a big smile. the woman.
the bedside lights switched on together, i wish they could be operated separately.

the room was spacious for a single occupant. i appreciated the big window that let in lots of natural light. it overlooked a quiet street, which contributed to a peaceful stay.

the hotel's location in new town provided great access to the royal mile. it was nice to be close, but away from the busy crowds, the street itself had neat historical connections.

claire offered excellent customer service, she was very helpful with directions. she also gave good recommendations for local restaurants. her assistance, and i felt very welcome.

The hotel did not offer breakfast on site. But staff directed me to nearby options. a bistro was recommended, and i tried it. it was not open at the time, but i found a cafe just down the street.

attentive staff perfect location low pressure warm room
The reception staff was so attentive when I arrived!! They even helped carry my luggage to the room. The hotel's location was perfect, near many restaurants and shops.
The water pressure in the shower was almost nonexistent. It was hard to wash properly. The room was a bit too warm, and there was no way to adjust the temperature. I found that quite inconvenient.
