inadequate room setupunhelpful concierge
the initial room setup was not adequate for the advertised capacity we booked a beautiful suite expecting accommodation for two adults and two children the room only had one king bed and one extra bed was provided my second child had to sleep on the sofa for six nights additionally i found the concierge to be unhelpful their lack of firsthand experience made it difficult to get good recommendations

The housekeeping service met my expectations. Our room was consistently serviced and maintained.
Upon arrival, i discovered that the concierge wasn't particularly helpful. it seemed like they lacked firsthand knowledge of local attractions and restaurants. i booked a 'beautiful suit' expecting it to accommodate two adults and two children, but we found only one king bed. My second child ended up sleeping on the sofa for six nights.

I had such an amazing experience! the staff, like shadat and govinda, kept everything spotlessly clean, i appreciated that. the room view was very nice. It was an amazing, lovely panorama! the food was AMAZING!!! it really added to my stay.
the club lounge service felt a bit lacking for a luxury hotel. i hope they address that to keep everything great.

The hotel offered direct access to many shops. there were numerous restaurants very close to the hotel. It was so convenient! there was also easy access to public transportation right outside, it was great.
