upgraded furnishingsbedside plugs24-hour gyminternet issue
i've stayed here since 2021 and appreciate the upgrades. rooms now feature upgraded furnishings like beds and sofas. a significant improvement is the addition of bedside plugs (a change i specifically requested!). the gym remains open 24 hours and still has its equipment.
the internet still sometimes cuts out around 5pm. i guess this happens because many people are connecting in the evening. it's a minor inconvenience.

the hotel is close to a metro station (about 15 minutes walking). this proximity makes getting around the area convenient. the area felt relatively safe, important to me.

smiling staffroom upgraderoude receptionisttiny bathroom
the breakfast had many choices. it was great to have a lot things to choose. the staff were allways smiling and seemed very helpful. they also gave a room upgrade, which i appreciated.
the receptionist from philippines was so roude. they were basicly insulting the guest. the bathroom was tiny, and it was hard to move around in there. also, there where no central ac, so i was very uncomforteble.
