mixed experience, some issues observed
sewage odor private balcony
the beach was clean with fresh towels provided. complimentary water in an ice bucket.
I found a pervasive sewage odor at the hotel's main entrance and on my private balcony. This made it impossible to relax and enjoy the view i expected.

clean beach fresh towels free shuttle
the beach is clean i found fresh towels and complimentary water in an ice bucket they provide complimentary sunglasses cleaning a wet towel and feet spray i liked the free shuttle to a mall.
the pool was very busy not a place for romantic trip.

wonderful anniversary treat
really good staff pearl club anniversary surprise amazing towel
we enjoyed our stay due to the really good staff who made it nice the team at the pearl club arranged balloons, a banner, and cake for our anniversary i appreciated the hard work of sasi and moses at the pool as they kept us cool with ice buckets of water and sunglass cleaning our housekeeper shanta surprised us daily with towel animals.

the food at lao and social restaurants was really good i highly recommend the sizzling beef at lao and the gnocchi at social the portions are generous guillian created a wonderful table display of folded flowers for our anniversary.

our club queen room had two queen beds and a sea view it included a sofa and a large bathroom with twin sinks a walk-in wardrobe also featured fresh fruit was delivered almost daily adding to the experience.

the hotel pool area was kept spotlessly clean this must take considerable effort given the size of the hotel the beach offers complimentary sunglasses cleaning wet towels, and water in ice buckets which i found useful.

I appreciated the staff's attentiveness throughout my stay. the beach was kept very clean, with fresh towels readily available. complimentary water in ice buckets was a nice touch. I also liked the sunglasses cleaning service.
