The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. They offered excellent recommendations for local food and travel. I found the room comfortable and the bathroom was modern.
I noticed a very slight noise from outside early in the morning.

the hotel is very close to the train station. water buses are accessible right outside. it is a short walk from the bus station for airport access.
the reception area is very plain for a hotel of this standard.

stuffy roommissing kettle
The room i got felt smaller than expected. the air conditioning barely worked was great. It seemed like it needed serious maintenance. there wasnt even a kettle, or any bottled water provided in the room. these small things add up, and at the price, i felt they could done better.
