broken tvawkward shower
the tv in my triple room didn't work at all. i told someone, but nothing happened . also, the shower head wasn't work proper. it made showering really awkward.

i liked the kettle with two cups. tea and sugar were available. the staff were very polite and cute. they provided hangers in the closet that i found useful.
i noticed there wasn't a minibar in the room. a small detail, but worth mentioning.

the room was clean and the cleaning service came every day after 10:30 am. i appreciated the clean towels and individually packaged soap, shampoo, and shower gel. a heater and ac unit were available for climate control.

the staff were very cute and friendly. upon check-in, i was offered information on what to see in and around the city. the gentleman at the front desk took my heavy suitcases up two levels, and i very much appreciated this gesture.
the bed felt hard. the shower leaked all over the bathroom floor and made a terrible mess.
