charming stay close to piazza san marco
convenient location early flight spacious room beautiful room
I found the hotel close to the plaza and other tourist attractions. So convenient! tons of shops and restaurants were within walking distance. the staff even packed us a bag of goodies for our very early flight home, what a treat. the room was beautiful and spacious.

inaccurate photos moldy smell
The location was acceptable. It's close to many attractions.
the room was disappointing. it wasn't what i expected for the price. the photos online were inaccurate. the room smelled strongly of air freshener initially, and later, i noticed a moldy, sewage-like odor. the room definitely had a bad smell!!

wonderful stay in a charming location
superb location helpful staff water taxi
I enjoyed my stay. the location was superb. I walked to many attractions. i took a water taxi right from the hotel's lobby! the hotel staff arranged a water taxi from the airport, it was so helpful.
i thought the breakfast area was too crowded during peak hours. it was sometimes difficult to move around and get what i needed. this.

Fantastic stay close to everything
helpful staff convenient location european choices espresso machine
The staff helped with directions and reservations. The location proved very convenient. i was able to quickly reach major attractions. breakfast had hot options. traditional european choices. i especially valued having an espresso machine in my room. It made mornings easier.
the elevator access had a couple of steps at the lobby, and i found it a little inconvenient! with my luggage.

The location is superb. It is a short walk behind the main square. many restaurants are in close proximity. That offered a great variety of dining choices. the hotel has an exit to the canal. It allows access to water taxis directly from the lobby.

adequate stay, some issues present
small room unhelpful staff
the room provided was not satisfactory. it was smaller than expected. additionally, the breakfast service was understaffed. i also found that the staff were unhelpful when i raised these issues.

I loved that the boat from the airport goes directly to the hotel doorstep! The staff was friendly and helpful. My room was great and VERY clean. I really appreciated the location. It's very convenient.
The air conditioner wasn't working for three days . It was REALLY sweltering.

mixed experience at this hotel
faulty air conditioning limited breakfast
the location was very close to st mark's.
the air conditioning didn't seem to work well. the room felt very hot in july 2024. the breakfast buffet was okay, but nothing special and i felt it could have offered more.
