I found the hotel close to the plaza and other tourist attractions. So convenient! tons of shops and restaurants were within walking distance. the staff even packed us a bag of goodies for our very early flight home, what a treat. the room was beautiful and spacious.

The location was acceptable. It's close to many attractions.
the room was disappointing. it wasn't what i expected for the price. the photos online were inaccurate. the room smelled strongly of air freshener initially, and later, i noticed a moldy, sewage-like odor. the room definitely had a bad smell!!

I enjoyed my stay. the location was superb. I walked to many attractions. i took a water taxi right from the hotel's lobby! the hotel staff arranged a water taxi from the airport, it was so helpful.
i thought the breakfast area was too crowded during peak hours. it was sometimes difficult to move around and get what i needed. this.

The staff helped with directions and reservations. The location proved very convenient. i was able to quickly reach major attractions. breakfast had hot options. traditional european choices. i especially valued having an espresso machine in my room. It made mornings easier.
the elevator access had a couple of steps at the lobby, and i found it a little inconvenient! with my luggage.

the location was very close to st mark's.
the air conditioning didn't seem to work well. the room felt very hot in july 2024. the breakfast buffet was okay, but nothing special and i felt it could have offered more.
