I was really disappointed by the room service frequency. It was only every four days. the staff member was on their phone during cleaning (while my family was in the apartment). the number of towels provided was also minimal.

The bathroom had mold. the sofa bed was worn out. I didn't find it comfortable. the receptionist didn't offer help carrying items to the room, i had to get them myself. i asked for something but the receptionist told me i had to come get it because hes alone at the front desk. this is a must in every hotel.
