the location worked well, very close to the duomo. staff gave us helpful tips on local restaurants to try. it was nice to return to the room between visiting the sites.
the noise was an issue . the walls seemed thin, so i could hear conversations from neighboring rooms. it made it difficult to escape the sound.

The room was small. I felt quite confined, not what i had expected. the noise was a real problem. I could hear everything from the corridor and other rooms? the walls seem paper-thin. i found it hard to sleep properly.

The room I had faced the street. Street noise was constant, and sleep was difficult. The air conditioning barely worked and emitted a strange odor. I found it quite unpleasant. the breakfast selection felt very limited and the food quality was not good.
