charming experience near santa maria novella

The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. They gave restaurant tips and directions. my room included amazing free toiletries, such as shaving kits and toothbrush kits. i also found hand lotions and hair and body washes, a nice surprise. the location provided easy access to the train station and nearby attractions.
The breakfast had limited cooked options. I found the scrambled eggs cold one morning.

The hotel is near the train station and within walking distance to main sites. piazza santa maria novella is right outside, and it's a short walk to many restaurants. the location was perfect. Though the parking was expensive!

the room was spacious and well decorated, with a comfortable bed. double-paned windows kept outside noise to a minimum, and effective air conditioning was very useful. blackout curtains were easily controlled with a bedside button.

the location is perfect. you can walk to main attractions of the city. the staff were always helpful and the rooms were lovely.
the breakfast and lack of room service were not good at all. the breakfast menu is the poorest i've experienced. it is also too expensive for the service.
