friendly staff convenient location small room awkward layout
the breakfast was great (especially the pastries!). the staff was friendly and always ready to help with directions or recommendations. the location was very convenient. it allowed easy access to main attractions.
the room was smaller than i expected. the bathroom layout was a bit awkward. there was very limited counter space around the sink.

great location excellent breakfast bad smell dirty hair
the hotel has a great location. the breakfast selection was excellent with a large choice of food. staff were very helpful every day too. the view from my room was ideal overlooking the river.
The room smelled horribly. I told the front desk. they offered to change the rooms, but to a less quality one. I disliked their treatment. the bed had a weird nasty thing inside the bedsheets, a dirty accumulation of dirt and hair.

Superior Stay with River Views
really good location river view easy entry comfortable stairs
This hotel has a really good location really close to all the important places. My superior room gave amazing view directly over the river, a big plus for me. The hotel provides easy entry to various sightseeing locations, really helpful for planning your day. The lift was easy use and there are also comfortable stairs.
The arrangement for parking lacked clarity and costs fifty euro each day. This was like too much extra.

The breakfast selection was wide with varied choices, and staff provided a great help. The general staff was always friendly, which really helped my stay a lot. They were ready to support guest every day.

The air conditioning performed very well. It kept the room at the right temperature despite the heat. The hotel also includes a bar downstairs, and its look is very nice and cosy.
