a joy stay
central location varied options relaxing evening
The location impressed me. A short walk placed me right by the duomo. the breakfast included varied options. I especially liked the fresh croissants. the rooftop terrace offered amazing nighttime views. I found it perfect for a relaxing evening.
the downstairs cocktail bar remained closed throughout my stay.

The room provided good air conditioning and was cleaned daily with fresh linens. This included new bedding and towels. i appreciated the daily replenishment of water bottles in the mini-fridge. It was very practical during the summer heat.

The hotel is located in the city center. I found it to be a very convenient location. the train station is within walking distance. I didn't have to rely on taxis. the immediate area had plenty of restaurants. It was easy to find diverse dining options.

duomo views
central location lovely view good breakfast late check-out
the location are very central. i walked five minutes to the duomo. the roof terrace has lovely views at night. breakfast are good with plenty of choices. i liked the standard late check-out time.
the doors were quite solid making it impossible to close them quietly. if someone on the floor entered their room at night, i woke up.

the rooftop bar provided a 360 view of the area, giving guests an amazing site. the hotel also have a gym with treadmills, weight machines, and stationary bikes for guest use.

staff are cute, helpful, and professional making the check-in process easy. they offered assistance with directions and provided recommendations for local restaurants. the hotel staff quickly addresses guest requests and concerns.

damaged floor breach of contract
The rooftop bar offered a nice view. The location was also convenient.
I was disappointed. It was smaller, and the floor was damaged. It was like I did not receive what I paid for, it was a breach of contract.
