The hotel's central location made sightseeing super easy! I walked everywhere! The soundproofing was very nice. I slept soundly despite being in the city center. The breakfast offered a great variety. The staff always provided helpful service.
I found the pillows a bit too soft for my liking though I managed.

The hotel is perfectly situated for exploring main attractions. It's also conveniently close to the train station, about a short walk, and I didn't use public transport. This area has plenty of dining and shopping options.

the hotel's location worked well for me. it was near many main attractions. i also found the continental breakfast convenient. there was a good selection of items.
Unfortunately, i found some issues. the room was very small. It was hard to move around. the bathroom was also quite tiny. additionally, the air conditioning didn't seem to work properly.

Acceptable Stay with Some Disappointments
misleading informationcontrolled air conditioning
I encountered a few issues . The laundry service was not as advertised. I had to go to a laundromat instead of using an in-hotel service. The air conditioning was centrally controlled, so I could not adjust it myself even when the room felt stuffy (I prefer to have control over the temperature). The receptionist suggested I open the window, but that wasn't ideal.

The location was excellent. It was just a short walk from all the major must-sees.
The front desk STAFF were rude, and I found them unhelpful with small requests such as extra soap. The rooms were small, the bathrooms even smaller, and I received only one towel per person for three days.
